At Mestizo, we celebrate the rich diversity of Mexican cuisine. The Olea family, originally from Mexico City, has brought the unique flavors of their hometown to Davidson, NC, for the past 10 years. Every state in Mexico has its own traditional dishes with distinct flavors, and Mestizo offers a curated selection of those traditions. From achiote paste and dried chiles used to marinate meats, to unique ingredients like huitlacoche, squash blossom, and chayote, our cuisine showcases the spices and elements that make Mexican food so special.
